Pal’s Early Childhood Care and Learning Center operates two centers one located in Halfmoon in the Halfmoon Executive Park off exit 8A and the other in Clifton park off exit 9 at the Crossing shopping complex.
Our buildings are state of the art centers specifically designed to provide a safe and enriching environment for the children we care for. The building exteriors are equipped with security entry systems and a large fenced outside play area. The interiors are fully air conditioned, have large motor skill areas, a kitchen, administrative offices, a staff break room and, several individual classrooms set up with equipment that is developmentally appropriate for the resident age group. Classrooms are equipped with rest rooms and classroom sinks. Classroom floors are carpeted, with linoleum flooring in the eating and art activity areas. Our buildings meet all fire and safety codes for the purpose of child care.

The Crossing - Clifton Park |
 Our Crossings Center is conveniently located at the Crossing Shopping Park in Clifton Park next door to the ambulance company and is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services to care for up to 133 children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
This center is located on a knoll away from the busy main shopping park areas and provides the convenience to families of having all of their care needs provided at one location for infants through age 12.

 Our Halfmoon Center consists of one building located on a beautifully wooded lot with spacious grounds in Halfmoon Executive Park a safe distance from the Route 9 highway. The center is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services to care for up to 98 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Families who also have school aged children, have the convenient option to have their after/before school, holiday, and full time summer care needs provided by Pal’s After School and Summer Program, Inc. located just next door. Although this program is under different ownership we enjoy a cooperative relationship to meet the full scope of care needs for families enrolled at our Halfmoon Center.

We are open Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. year round.
The Centers are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Columbus Day (Staff training is conducted)
- Presidents Day (Staff training is conducted)
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July - And the Monday after if the 4th falls on a weekend
- Thanksgiving Day and the Day After
- Christmas Day - And the Friday after when Christmas falls on a Thursday
- Labor Day
PALS Closes Early on the following days.
- Christmas Eve and New Years Eve at 4:00 p.m.
